Stress is something we don’t don’t discuss specifically enough.
Doctors and friends say things like “You should lower your stress levels.”
OK. Cool. How?
That’s the issue.
For many women, my HashiGirls™ included, we know WHAT we’re supposed to be doing but actually getting ourselves to do it is the issue.
Maybe we don’t have enough time, or money, or a good system in place?
Maybe we don’t know where to start, or how to baby-step the process?
Maybe we think we have too much going on, or that it’s selfish to put too many resources toward our own goals?
But here’s the thing—stress is literally a killer. Heart disease, high blood pressure, hormone disruption, increased cortisol levels, and even the triggering of autoimmune diseases like Hashimoto’s have all been attributed to stress.
In the video below I talk about all of this. Watch here or on YouTube and let me know what you think in the comments or in my FREE Private FB Group.
